Mortgage loan requirements:

1. Title deed of property
2. Trade license all pages
3. Passport copy, visa page, emirates id
4. One year bank statement (or) 6 months company bank statement
5. Memorandum of association with all amendments
6. Six months personal bank statement
7. Existing bank loan offer letter {if any }

3. Passport copy,visa page  and  emirates id (for expats only)
4. Pay slips last 6 months
5. Proof of additional income (bonus, rent, company accomodation)
